My true passion is to understand the needs of our current and potential customers, also capabilities of services provider and help the organization to deliver viable digital solutions improving digital - and physical - user experience. In the last decade I’ve gathered broad experience in different roles - Strategy, Business and IT - creating digital strategy, designing and implementing mobile apps, responsive solutions used by millions of users.

My main interest is how to gradually upgrade the user experience by optimizing efforts between simple quick win upgrades, facelifts to more complex, greenfield implementations (including new SW and HW elements).

During my previous roles I always focused with my team on not just delivering features for a digital product, also building core capabilities, enabling the organization to keep up continuous improvement after the first phases of our projects.

In my current role as Head of Digital Channel IT Development at BKK (PTO of Budapest) I’m focusing on defining, designing and fine-tuning e-ticketing solutions and digital mobility services such as BudapestGO mobile app.

I believe in changing the behavior of our travelers to a more sustainable form, we have to focus on delivering great physical, digital solutions and educate our customers at the same time.
