Mr. Antti Vuorela has since 2010 been specializing in digitalization and customer experience at the Helsinki Regional Transport Authority. He has over thirty years of varied experience in tasks related to public transport and transportation systems. He has worked as a project manager in several significant public transport development projects and chaired many executive committees in digitalization projects.

Mr. Vuorela has been a speaker at various Finnish National and international world congresses. He has a vast experience in digitalization and streamlining processes in agile and lean ways. “Expect the unexpected” is his motto.

The brand new concept of Digital Dialogue (Passengers, Operators and Authorities working together) is truly unique and among the first in the world. Mr. Vuorela was also in charge of developing the Quality Monitoring System of Public Transport (Jola) that was the very first modern real-time fleet quality operations management systems in the world.
