Andy Taylor is a global transportation expert with 35 years of diverse experience ranging from Public Transport to Mobility-as-a-Service, to Road User Charging and Tolling.  Andy joined Mastercard in 2022 and is responsible for the creation of the Center of Excellence and global strategy for public transport in Mastercard, as well as managing several key partnerships across the World. Andy is currently educating user communities and public transport agencies on the true benefits and impacts of payment evolutions, Mobility-as-a-Service, and how to improve operational performance and effectiveness through the simplification of payment solutions. Andy is also the President of the MaaS Alliance and was nominated by the Alliance as a MaaS Ambassador for his global efforts in promoting MaaS.
