Alisa Sultmane is a dynamic senior manager with nearly two decades of experience in the security industry and nine years in the railway sector, renowned for her focus on continuous improvement, meticulous attention to detail, and process optimization. As Head of Security and Emergency Planning at Docklands Light Railway (DLR), she oversees comprehensive security operations, risk management, revenue protection and crime reduction initiatives for passengers, staff, and the network. Alisa has developed security processes and policies, conducted in-depth risk assessments, and managed critical projects with a proactive approach. A certified security management professional and certified Expert Witness in Corporate Security, Alisa is also the Deputy Chair of the Rail Delivery Group Security and Policing Working Group and the London Chapter Chair for The Institute of Strategic Risk Management.
