Alan is an Electronic Engineer graduated from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA). He completed an MBA at IAE Business School and postgraduate courses at the University of Tokyo. He is currently a professor at ITBA. He served as Operational Manager of Intelligent Traffic Systems between 2017 and 2019. In December 2019 he assumed the position of Head of the Special Projects Unit for Mobility Infrastructure. Among his duties he designs, implements and maintains the road and technological infrastructure related to the ordering of traffic and transport in the city. He helps to adopt solutions that allow optimizing the travel experience of Buenos Aires' city residents.
