Independent Rail Retailers (IRR) is a membership and advocacy organisation representing nearly all the major retailers authorised to sell train tickets for Great British Rail. 

IRR members sell train tickets to both consumers and businesses, contributing to increased ticket sales, cost reductions, and innovation aimed at improving customer experience. They simplify rail travel, helping to fill empty seats across the network. As one of the few areas in the rail industry where customers have genuine choice, independent rail retailers are a preferred option for many passengers.
