Turnit Hub is a distribution orchestration product designed to simplify how transport operators collaborate, sell, and distribute services across partners, channels, and regions. Built on the Open Sales and Distribution Model (OSDM), it connects carriers, retailers, and mobility platforms through a single integration layer, enabling seamless multimodal sales across borders and networks.

Instead of managing multiple point-to-point integrations, retailers and operators connect once to access content from multiple inventory systems, while operators retain full control over their products, pricing, and commercial rules. This allows operators to expand their reach, enable cross-selling with partners, and support new distribution channels without losing ownership of their distribution landscape.

Turnit Hub goes beyond technical connectivity by enabling operators to actively shape how their services are sold. Through configurable business rules, retailers and operators can prioritise offers, apply commercial logic, and influence how products are bundled and presented to customers.

The product supports the full sales lifecycle, including journey search, offer generation, booking, fulfilment, and settlement. A central master booking database maintains a record of transactions across connected inventory systems, supporting refunds, exchanges, reporting, and downstream data feeds for accounting and operational processes.

By providing a neutral layer between carriers and retailers, Turnit Hub enables operators to build and manage their own distribution ecosystem while making partnerships easier to establish and operate.
