City Group of Kuwait has implemented AFC with Account Based Ticketing (ABT) and launched mobile app for their CityBus. City Group has also acquired door2door a German based Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) Platform and launched CityLink Shuttle service - one of its own kind on-demand ride pooling service to complement public transport across Kuwait. This digital transformation is paving the way to develop white label MaaS followed by Supper App providing opportunities to generate both transit and non-transit revenue.
